My Better Desktop Wallpaper is a new type of a desktop background. This new type of wallpaper is just like regular static desktop backgrounds except they may contain self-updating images from photo albums, webcams, etc.
The goal was to create a portable wallpaper file, filled with dynamic content, which can be shared easily in an on-line world.
To apply these wallpapers to your desktop you will need to download the software and import the .dtw file. Once you have the software installed all you need to do is double-click on dtw file to launch the app and apply the layout.
